This is a fan website run by devotees, not the official site of the ashram. There is no account to create and no checkout here, the site is paid for by advertising and affiliate links, and we collect as little as a website reasonably can. This page sets out exactly what happens when you visit, including what the advertising does, in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

The short version: no accounts, no tracking cookies of our own, no selling of anything, and the only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to type into the contact form.
Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject and your message. We use that only to read and answer your enquiry. It is not added to any mailing list, it is not shared with anyone, and it is not used for advertising.
The donate form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number and an optional message, so that a donation towards running this site can be acknowledged and recorded. The payment itself is taken by Razorpay in their own window: your card or UPI details are entered there, never here, and we never see or store them.
Nowhere else on this site asks you for personal information. There is no registration and no login. If you buy something through a shop link, the checkout happens on Amazon's own site and we never see your card, address or order.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our host records standard technical information in server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time of each request. These logs keep the site running and help us investigate problems.
They are not linked to your name and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.
Cookies
We set one cookie of our own, a session cookie used only to protect the contact form against forged submissions. It contains a random token, no personal data, and it disappears when you close the browser.
Third party services described below may set their own cookies. Your browser settings control those, and blocking them will not break anything on this site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and which are not working. It records page views, approximate location at city level, device type and referring site. IP addresses are handled by Google in accordance with their own policies.
The analytics script is loaded only after you interact with the page, or a few seconds in, so it never delays what you came to read.
Advertising
Advertising on this site is served by Google AdSense. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Where the law requires consent before non-essential cookies are set, ads are limited to non-personalised ones unless you agree.
We do not choose which adverts appear, we are not connected with the advertisers, and an advert here is not a recommendation from us. We never see the individual data behind any ad, and nothing you send through the contact form is passed to advertisers. If an advert claims to sell darshan, a meeting or a blessing, it is a scam: please report it and we will block that advertiser.
Affiliate links
Some pages, including the shop, link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Following one of those links takes you to Amazon, where Amazon's own privacy policy and cookies apply, and Amazon may record that you arrived from here so that any commission is credited correctly.
The price you pay is exactly the same whether or not you use our link. We are not told who bought what, only that a purchase was made, and we never receive your name, address or payment details.
Data we never collect
No card, UPI or bank details: donations are processed by Razorpay and those details never touch this site. No passwords, because there are no accounts. No location beyond the city level estimate that analytics infers from an IP address. No health, religious membership or identity documents.
The only page here that asks for money is the donate page, and that is voluntary, buys nothing and pays to run this website. If any other page appears to ask you for a payment or an identity document, it is not us. Please report it through the contact form.
How long we keep things
Contact form emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and are deleted after that. Server logs are rotated by the host, typically within a few weeks. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.
You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us at any time and we will do it without asking why.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to info@premanandjimaharaj.org and we will respond within thirty days.
Because we hold so little, most of these requests are answered in a sentence.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Who runs this site
premanandjimaharaj.org is a fan website. It is not the official website of Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj, it is not run by the ashram or by anyone around Maharaj Ji, and it is not endorsed by them. The content is compiled from publicly available sources and drafted with the help of AI tools, which is why we ask you to confirm anything important, especially timings, at the ashram itself.
The site is funded by advertising and by affiliate commission on shop links. Nothing connected with Maharaj Ji is ever sold here: darshan is free, and anyone asking you for money in his name, or in this site's name, is not connected with either.
Images and copyright
Photographs on this site are either in the public domain, licensed for reuse, or supplied to us. If you own an image used here and want it credited differently or removed, tell us and we will act on it quickly rather than argue about it. We do not ask for proof of ownership first and we have never refused such a request.
The same applies to any text you believe has been reproduced without permission.
Links to other sites
Pages here link out to sources such as Wikipedia and to video platforms. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their policy, and we have no control over what they collect.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.

Do you sell my data to anyone?
No. Nothing you send us is sold, rented, traded or passed to a marketing list. We have no commercial arrangement with anyone that involves visitor data.
What personal information do you actually hold?
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, chosen subject and message. Everywhere else on the site you are anonymous to us beyond what a standard server log records.
Do you use cookies?
One of our own, a session cookie that protects the contact form against forged submissions. It holds a random token and no personal data, and it disappears when you close the browser. Google Analytics and, where shown, Google AdSense may set their own.
Can I use the site with cookies blocked?
Yes. Every page reads normally with cookies blocked. The only thing affected is the contact form, which needs its session cookie to verify a submission is genuine.
Do you track me across other websites?
We do not. Google AdSense, if advertising is shown, may use its own cookies to serve ads based on your prior browsing. You can turn that off in Google's own ad settings, and doing so changes nothing on this site.
Is my message published anywhere?
No. Reader messages are never published, quoted or shown on the site. If a correction you send results in a page being changed, the change appears without your name attached.
Do you share my message with the ashram?
No. We have no channel to the ashram office and nothing you send us is forwarded there. This site is independent of it.
How do I get my data deleted?
Write to info@premanandjimaharaj.org and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm it, usually within a few days and always within thirty. You do not need to give a reason.
How long do you keep the contact form emails?
For as long as the conversation is useful, then they are deleted. There is no archive kept for its own sake and no backup we mine later.
Is this site safe for children to read?
The content is suitable for any age, but the site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
