Road figures are approximate and vary with the route and the exact start point.
By road
Most drivers cross to Faridabad and join the Delhi to Agra highway (NH19) south to Mathura, or go east to the Yamuna Expressway. Which is faster depends on the hour; check live traffic before leaving.
By train
Take a train from Hazrat Nizamuddin or New Delhi to Mathura Junction; Nizamuddin is usually the quicker station to reach from Gurugram.
Check current trains and fares on IRCTC or NTES before booking; schedules change.
By air
Delhi airport is close to Gurugram; continue by road or rail.
Mathura to Vrindavan
Whichever way you come, the last stretch is the same. Mathura Junction to Vrindavan is about 15 km, usually 30 to 45 minutes by auto, e-rickshaw or taxi depending on traffic. Agree the fare before you sit. Inside Vrindavan the lanes are narrow and jam easily, so walk or take an e-rickshaw rather than drive to the door.
Before you go
Avoid leaving Gurugram in the evening rush; the cross-city part is the slow part.
This site does not publish darshan or ekantik timings, which change; follow the official channels before you travel. For what to see once there, use the 2-day Vrindavan plan, and for the ashram itself read how to meet Premanand Ji Maharaj.
