By road
Agra to Mathura is a straight run north on NH19, then the short road into Vrindavan. Buses and shared taxis run constantly, and the trip is easy as a day visit.
By train
Agra Cantt and Raja ki Mandi are on the Delhi to Agra main line, with frequent trains to Mathura Junction, often under an hour.
Check current trains and fares on IRCTC or NTES before booking; schedules change.
By air
Agra airport has limited domestic flights; most air travellers come through Delhi.
Mathura to Vrindavan
Whichever way you come, the last stretch is the same. Mathura Junction to Vrindavan is about 15 km, usually 30 to 45 minutes by auto, e-rickshaw or taxi depending on traffic. Agree the fare before you sit. Inside Vrindavan the lanes are narrow and jam easily, so walk or take an e-rickshaw rather than drive to the door.
Before you go
Many visitors combine Vrindavan with the Taj Mahal. Keep the Vrindavan day separate: the lanes need time.
This site does not publish darshan or ekantik timings, which change; follow the official channels before you travel. For what to see once there, use the 2-day Vrindavan plan, and for the ashram itself read how to meet Premanand Ji Maharaj.
